Accuracy varies by platform and by the type of check: a registration check returns whether the number or email is registered, while activity or profile checks (available for some platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and Viber) return additional signals. Because signals come directly from each platform, our real-time engine delivers consistently high-accuracy registered/not-registered classification. For borderline cases, re-check with the full E.164 number and review the exported result file.

All countries and international number formats are supported. Provide numbers in full E.164 format — a leading plus sign, country code, and subscriber number, with no spaces or dashes (for example, +14155550100). Our system recognizes 200+ country codes automatically, so you don't need to group or pre-format your list by region. This makes it straightforward to verify a single global list containing numbers from many countries in one batch. If some rows come back as not registered, first check that each includes the correct country code, since a missing or wrong prefix is the most common cause of false negatives.
