CheckNumber List Workbench
CheckNumber List Workbench — import a list once, run every check in one table.
One list, many checks. Filter and export. No more merging spreadsheets.
How it works
From an uploaded file to a finished table in four steps
List Workbench keeps your data in one table while you add and run checks, so you never rebuild the file by hand.
-
Import CSV or TXT with all your columns
Upload a file with name, customer ID, phone, email or any other columns. We keep every column exactly as it is.
-
Add check columns
Pick any CheckNumber product — WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, email checks and more. Each product becomes one column in your table.
-
Run on the whole table, a selection, a filter, or only rows missing results
Choose exactly which rows to check. Conditional steps run a second product only on rows that matched the first one.
-
Filter, save views, export
Filter by any column, save the views you use often, and export a CSV with your original columns plus the results.
Templates
Start from a template
Three ready-made flows cover the most common jobs. Adjust the products and filters, then run.
Clean list + single check
Import a list, run one product across every row, and export the rows you want to keep.
Multi-channel account status
Add one column per channel (for example WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber) and see which channels each contact uses. Optionally stop at the first positive channel to save checks.
Base check, then advanced check
Run a base product on every row first, then run an advanced product only on the rows that came back positive.
Results
What a result means
Every check column uses the same four states, so filters and exports stay consistent across products.
| Result | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Registered | The provider confirmed an account for this number or email on the checked product. |
| Not registered | The provider confirmed there is no account for this number or email on the checked product. |
| Unknown | The provider did not return a result, or the value had an invalid format. Unknown is never counted as "not registered". |
| No result yet | The row has not been checked for this column, or the run is still in progress. |
Results show the actual check time, including cached results.
Pricing
Same per-check prices as the product catalog
List Workbench does not add a separate rate. You pay the catalog price of each product you run. See the full price list
Catalog prices
Each check column is billed at the same per-check price as the product in the catalog.
Exact cost before you confirm
Every run shows the exact cost before you confirm it, so there are no surprises.
Minimum billable quantity
Each product keeps its minimum billable quantity. For example, runs under 500 numbers are billed as 500 for products with that minimum.
Conditional steps show a maximum
When a step only runs on matching rows, the number of rows is not known in advance, so the confirmation shows the maximum cost.
Sample runs
Sample runs are billed at the minimum billable quantity of the product.
Cancelling a run
Cancelling stops new tasks, but tasks already submitted are not refunded.
Integrations
Works with what you already use
List Workbench sits on top of the same CheckNumber products and API.
Available today
The List Workbench UI and the existing HTTP API. Anything you can run in a table, you can also run through the API.
Coming next
On our roadmap: Google Sheets, webhooks, and scheduled re-checks.
Frequently asked questions
Do you keep my original columns?
Yes. Every column and every row is kept, duplicates included. Check results are added as new columns next to your data.
Do duplicates get charged twice?
No. Identical normalized numbers inside one run are checked once, and the result is written to every matching row.
How long are tables kept?
Active tables stay in your List Workbench. Deleted tables can be restored for 30 days.
Can my team share tables?
Team workspaces are planned. Today, tables belong to the account that created them.
Ready to run every check in one table?
Open List Workbench with your CheckNumber account, import a list, and add your first check column.
